Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your package.

4. Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, we offer a 14-day return policy. Here’s how it works:

- Returns: If you’re not satisfied with your product, return it within 30 days for a full refund, provided the hair is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging. 
- Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item for a different color, length, or style, we offer exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Non-returnable Items: For hygienic reasons, used or opened products are non-returnable. ONCE THE BLACK ZIP TIE HAS BEEN REMOVED IT IS NO LONGER REFUNDABLE
