At BLSD Luxury Hair Co., we strive to provide our customers with the best possible shopping experience, ensuring that your order is processed and shipped as efficiently as possible. Below are the key details of our shipping policy:

Shipping Overview
We are committed to processing and shipping your orders with the utmost care. However, please note that we cannot provide an estimated delivery date until the order has shipped. Once your order is processed, USPS (our shipping partner) will provide a tracking number, which will allow you to track the shipment’s progress.

While delays are uncommon, they may occur due to external factors beyond our control. We ask for your patience and understanding, as we work diligently to deliver your order promptly.

Purchase Verification
To ensure the security of your transaction, we conduct a purchase verification process. If any of the following apply, your order will undergo verification:

- Order Total is $500 or more
- Billing and Shipping addresses differ

If your order is placed under a verification hold, you will receive an email notification within one business day. This email will include a link to complete and submit the Verification Hold Form. The process is crucial for ensuring the legitimacy of your transaction and preventing fraudulent charges. Please ensure that the form is completed within 5 business days to avoid order cancellation.

For verified orders, a signature may be required upon delivery.

Order Processing Times
Processing times for orders are typically as follows:

Standard Orders: 1-3 business days.
- New Product/Seasonal Releases (e.g., Burmese): 3-7 business days.
- Pre-Orders: 10-14 business days, as these items are reserved for future shipment.
- Orders must be placed by 12 PM CST (Monday–Friday) for same-day processing. Orders placed after the cutoff will be processed on the next business day.

Please note that sales events or restocks may result in slightly extended processing times due to higher order volume.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer various shipping options to accommodate your needs:

- Standard Shipping: Delivery within 3-5 business days after processing.
- Priority Shipping: Delivery within 1-2 business days after processing.
- Overnight Shipping: Available for U.S. orders only. Delivery typically the next business day after processing.

Please note that transit delays may occasionally occur, especially during peak seasons.

Shipping Insurance:
- Optional shipping insurance is available at checkout. This insurance protects against issues like loss, theft, or damage during transit.
- Without insurance, customers assume responsibility for any shipping issues, including lost or damaged packages.

International Shipping
We are pleased to offer international shipping. However, please note that customs fees, taxes, and charges are not included in the order total and are the responsibility of the customer. These fees will be determined by your country’s customs authorities, and you may be contacted by the shipping partner (e.g., DHL, FedEx, UPS) for payment instructions.

Shipping Delays & Tracking Issues
While we aim to process orders as quickly as possible, shipping delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control. If your tracking information is not updating, please wait 1-2 business days as the initial scan may be delayed. 

In the rare instance that your package is marked as "Delivered" but is not received, we recommend the following steps:
1. Check with neighbors or your delivery location.
2. Contact the carrier (e.g., USPS or FEDEX).
3. File a police report if you suspect theft. If a report is filed, please share a copy with us, and we may provide a replacement.

Shipping Cost & Processing Fees
Please be aware that shipping costs on our website include a non-refundable processing fee, which covers administrative expenses associated with your order’s fulfillment. If you request a refund for shipping costs, it will be processed minus the processing fee.

Order Issues
- Missing Tracking Updates: If your tracking has not been updated after 7 business days, please submit a Mail Search Request via USPS or FEDEX and share the response with our team at Blsdhairco@gmail.com
- Lost or Stolen Packages: If a package is lost or stolen, please contact USPS or the relevant carrier directly to initiate an investigation. We are not responsible for packages once they have been marked as delivered.

Final Responsibility
Once your order has been marked as “Delivered,” the responsibility for the package is transferred to the customer. BLSD Luxury Hair Co. is not liable for issues that arise during shipping and delivery, such as stolen or lost packages.
