3. Returns and Exchanges:
   To be eligible for returns or exchanges, the items must be physically received by BLSD Luxury Hair Co. in their original, unused condition. This includes products that have not been removed from their original packaging. Once products are opened or removed from their packaging, the sale is considered final, and we cannot process any returns or exchanges.

4. Refund Requests:

   All of our human hair extension bundles come with a blue or black tag that indicates the item is in its original and unused condition. Removal, tampering, or alteration of this tag will render the product ineligible for exchange or return. Any request for exchange or refund with a compromised tag will not be honored.

6. Condition of the Product:
   To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must remain in its original, unused condition. It must not have been styled, colored, cut, or otherwise altered. Alterations resulting from improper handling (such as tangling from combing in the wrong direction) will disqualify the product from being returned.

   For the safety and health of our customers, any product that has been opened, used, or altered cannot be returned. Hair extensions that have been modified in any way may not be resold and are considered defective due to hygiene concerns.
